Since I only had 15 pounds to lose, it took me less than a month (less than a month!) to reach my goal, even though it took ten years and two pregnancies to put on all those layers of adipose. Best of all, I felt good and strong the entire time. (If you use the authors' accelerated program, you can lose even faster.)
I can't believe how great it feels to be slender again and to fit into my skinny jeans. In addition, I'm happy to report that I breathe easier, sleep better, have way more energy and am happier in general. Instead of dragging myself out of bed in the morning, I bounce out of bed.
