How to Write an Ebook - 3 Steps to Writing an Ebook

How to write an ebook ...

If you think you have a book in you, you're right. Each person has specialized knowledge in a field that others will pay to learn more about. If you've always wanted to write a book, but balk at the high cost of self publishing or the prospect of having your manuscript rejected by mainstream publishers who don't know a book of value when they see it, then this is the article for you. It will tell you what you need to know to get started and point you to some no-cost resources.

    How to Write an Ebook

  • Although you may be chomping at the bit to get started writing your ebook, first you need to do your research. Determine the subject matter of your book and find out whether this is information that is in demand. One way you can do this is to search for groups or forums that focus on the subject matter about which you want to write.

  • Once you've determined that your book has a market, find out what people most want to know about your subject. For instance, if your ebook is about finding a home for aging parents, discover what your readers are most concerned about. Are they scared their parent might be neglected or abused? Will they be crushed by guilt at the prospect of sending a beloved parent to a home? Are they concerned about their ability to foot the bill? In your ebook, you'll want to make sure to address the reader's concerns.

  • Create an outline. Make sure it addresses all concerns and problems listed above. Flesh it out and begin to write your book. After you have completed your first draft, edit, polish, rewrite and shine.

For more detail on how to get started and a process that will hold your hand along the way and tell you exactly what to do at each and every step, click on how to write an ebook. This resource is available for immediate download and best of all, it will cost you nothing. It's the same resource I used to write my book which has won multiple awards and beat big name publishers and authors at a game they know so well.
