How Do I Upload a PDF Ebook and Sell It On My Blog?

I've written an ebook and would like to upload it onto my blog and add a buy button for readers to purchase and download. Also, I would like to give the option of a free sample of my ebook for readers to peruse before buying.

I need all this spelled out very simply as I am very HTML-codes-web-page-creator-Internet-non-savvy; you know, the proverbial Internet dummy.
