Ebook Website Design: How to Design a Website that Sells Your Ebook

Ebook website design is an important facet of marketing. Your site promotes your book and like any good promotional tool, it must draw a targeted audience that is hungry for your content.

Problem is the online world is growing increasingly competitive. It's not enough just to put up a web site—you have to understand what people are searching for and how they search. A good ebook website design functions the same as a well-written brochure in the offline world with one important exception—a web site sells for you 24/7—it takes orders for you, night and day.

In short a good ebook website design is profitable, which means money in the bank.

Think about it. Wouldn't it be be nice to wake up in the morning and find ten, twenty or one hundred orders for your ebook? If that's your dream, then you have to build your web site smart and you have to build it right.

And you have to build a niche website—a site that attracts traffic that is already looking for what you have to offer. Whether you will be selling an ebook from your site or something else, this is what you will need:

  • A website that places high in the search engines for your important keywords—the words your visitors will search for in order to find you.
  • The ability to publish a newsletter to keep visitors coming back for more.
  • The ability to publish a blog and RSS feeds.
  • The ability to focus on what you do best without having to worry about the technical end of things.
  • Templates that will allow you to quickly put up your ebook website design. To build your site, you simply type in text.
  • A shopping cart to take your orders while you're asleep, while you're hanging out with your kids or sitting by the pool on your vacation.
  • Tools that will automatically submit your web pages every time you build new ones and will check to see if the search engines have dropped your pages and resubmit them without you having to get involved.
  • A traffic analysis tool that will tell you how much traffic you get, which pages place the highest and the position of each of your pages on the most important search engines.
  • Tools that help you determine which search terms to use to build your site.
  • A manual that outlines a proven formula for success that even a newbie can use to build a web business that receives targeted traffic 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

This is the tool I used to create my ebook website design . It's the same tool I have used to create four other sites, one of which now places in the top one percent of all websites on the web in terms of the traffic it receives. This tool includes everything you need to succeed on the web now and in the future: it includes everything in the list above and more. You won't need anything else to build a business that sells your ebook and makes money while you sleep.
