Ebook review question

I'm having difficulty finding people to review or critique what i've done so far with my ebook. I think i have a very successful topic on fat loss and even have the beginnings of a web site, but am unsure if will be a hit and whether i can get far with it. Do you have any resources for people who specialize in reviewing ebooks or can give real advice to making me successful with one ebook? thank you very much.
