eBook publishing '84 college thesis as political research instrument

An M.A. Political Science thesis I finished in '84 on how the New Right duped evangelicals at the 1980 polls could be a valuable research guide to those researching the roots of hate and "hit lists" in modern day politics. I've scanned it into the computer into a jpg file. But how do I get the little piggy to market from there?

I'm in the process of getting a personal website built, but the young college student doing it is very slow and swamped with other clients. He's probably 9-12 months away from building a commercial store for me and this topic is "hot" now. Any suggestions on a shortcut process of getting this out to the public? Surely old codgers who aren't quite half-baked yet can pick up this business. Or is it too esoteric already?
